We recently had the team at Northland Painters working on our house at Matapouri. From the initial contact, Tyson and Miranda were easy to talk with, responsive to all communication, highly organised and efficient in every respect. They were both patient and kind when I changed my mind on an occasion and some colour changes happened. Their team of painters were friendly and cheerful and worked tirelessly when on site. Their workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up our site, every day, so that it was hard to really know that six men had been working each day at our place. We had put off having our house painted for a while because we thought that the whole process seemed to be too difficult to think about but Tyson and Miranda made the whole process, from quoting through to completion, so very easy.

Thank you Miranda. Just letting you know your men did a fantastic job of my house. I’m very pleased with the outcome. As I live on my own they helped me shift furniture etc. nothing was too much trouble. They were clean, worked hard and a pleasure to have in the house.

They were also willing to adjust time schedules to fit me in when my tenants vacated, which I really appreciated. Got Andrew and Mason to paint my house roof . They did a great job they were very professional. Very tidy moved or covered things. may good suggestion. Overall I am very pleased with the work done. Would use them again if needed.

We had our interior wall , ceiling beams and pit painted of our cowshed. The boys were very pleasant to speak with and were tidy in their work. Communication with Miranda was excellent. They willingly worked in with our tight timeframe with our cowshed painting.

My name is Kevin Spellman and I have just had my in ground fibreglass pool painted by Peter Schwarz of Northland Painters.

I have to say that we were all impressed with the quality and high standard of workmanship that was applied here.

The quote was sharp to begin with, and then sanding and preparation before painting was detailed and careful. Next clear coat sealer was applied, and also covered jointing sand which locked in pavers to the fibreglass pool edge. More light sanding. Then 1st coat of fibreglass paint of our colour choice. More light sanding. Finally 2nd coat of blue paint.

This 38,500 litre pool is about 30 years old and was bleached white with years of sun, chlorine and countless neighbourhood kids. Now thanks to Peter it is revitalised and deep blue.
